I've put 600 miles on my beautiful beast since picking it up a week ago. Anyone do the first service yet? I've read the manual and its pretty straight forward. Any tips?

You might want to consider Amsoil filter...one of the very best....and amsoil synthetic oil...
I have used it for years in several bikes and love it.

Did my oil change 15-50 synthetic only with approved triumph filter
Not sure how to clear service icon wrench on the display do u know

yes, click the home button and click display setup and you'll see service interval there somewhere.

This reminds me of a "service engine" light I got on my Volvo Turbo Sedan in Norfolk, VA. I called the dealership and he said to bring it in, that only they can clear it. I drove to good friend's house who was a mechanic at an independent European auto repair shop. He took out his ball point pen, said "Now watch closely" as he put it in a tiny hole at the bottom of the dash, pushed it and the service engine flag went away.

During my last Navy tour in Hawaii I was talking to a young Sailor at the Navy gas station who had just bought a very nice used Volvo and had the same light on. And like me the Honolulu Volvo dealer told him the same thing.

I took out my ball point pen and said, "Now watch closely".......
