Just received a survey from Triumph marketing

I'll fill it out: The old model was a classic. The new one is a Diavel copy which looks like they missed finishing the back end. I thought I was being hard on the new one, but went and saw it in person today. Pictures of it looked bad, and it is just as bad in person. If someone else loves it, good on them.
Most of the guys I know wouldn’t buy either the old or new one, good on them.

each to their own....i just got back from the dealers where they have a TFC sitting there to be delivered to the buyer...had a good look around it. It seems alot similar to the 'R' but with obvious differences in fittings...carbon...lotsa black...seat with infill...looks sweet!
The 'R' and the 'GT' have brushed aluminum where the TFC is blacked out.
I like the look and am pleased with my decision to get the GT.

All three are fantastic bikes, you just gotta find the one that suits you best. If you don’t like the new ones don’t buy one and enjoy a classic beast.

I went to A&S again today and sat on the R and GT. My 14 Rocket got jealous so I moved it around back. I felt like I was cheating on it.
