Installing Samco Hoses

Thanks for the pics. I just went out to try to find it and did not because there is something in front of it, possibly a McCruise component. Below is from the manual. I'm going to take another look now that I see from the pic where it is.

On the JBQ, I installed one on the rear and it was a snug but perfect fit, easier if one has a another set of hands. I didn't buy the forward mount after the owner said it wouldn't fit well with the highway bars installed, needing to be "hogged" out a bit.

Tis a female dog, I used a 10mm deep socket with an extension.
Just found it and it is going to be a bit of a bear to get to it because of the McCruise component partially abstructing it. Thakfully the hose going into the thermostat housing looks to be in excellent shape, as it should with only about 7800 miles on the bike. The front water pump hose is not in good shape though so is probably the culprit.

Me reckons we are overdue for some Cloverleaf pizza and brew, Amigo!

Gotta work tomorrow Ol Bull but you have a good one drink a smooth one me. I am getting close to retirement and and I am unsupervised so you never know.

@Navigator I dismounted the throttle cable interface unit to provide more room -- easy single bolt on front, then put it back when done, and the cruise control still works just fine.

I noted the one bolt mounting bracket. and figured I could do just as you suggest. Was wondering if it would effect the cruise control operation so it's goodto know it will not.

Might want to put the mesh screen behind flips embellisher. A rock will cost you a new radiator. Paint it black.
Does not work i tried to fit the new screen over the top of the original screen and no good you have to leave it off,so i decided to not put my new fancy rad screen on for the reason you said
