Sorry I just saw this post and sold my pair of used rear R3T footboards and brackets last Friday, I only have brand new passenger and rider footboards with or without rubber mats.
These parts are fairly commonly found on US eBay breaker/wrecker sites like Pinwall with a part number of 'TRIUMPH ROCKET Touring' search, and if found on USA eBay these parts are all listed cheaper still on their off eBay site | Pinwall Cycle Parts, Inc | Your one stop, motorcycle shop for used parts, service, accessories, & apparel
The covers especially are cheap and plentiful as it appears they are rarely damaged just wear and tear. US$50 -60 a pair I think from memory.
I did see one side of the casting bracket listed with footboard recently too for a cheap PRICE. NOTE THESE ARE ALSO OFTEN UNDAMAGED IN ACCIDENTS due to location.

Sorry @Tripps , kind offer but the good news is your wish has been answered, my US supplier has cancelled order and refunded me last night but I do have about 5 sets of them here still for the Chromies. Note these are Pillion Footboard Chrome covers were are discussing now not the Outrigger ones.

Yep that is how they come stock, without the Chrome accessory covers. Even fit R3 Classics/Stds and Roadsters once the outrigger covers are removed or modified. Remove stock pillion pegs and they bolt straight on to footpeg outrigger frame bracket with the second threaded hole under the outrigger cover.
A further advantage is that moves forward the centre of the footboard like RIVCO relocation adaptors will do to provide more pillion leg room and pannier clearance.

During the Industrial Revolution in England poor itinerants seeking lodging in the slums actually had a choice of doss house accommodation. - straw lined 'coffins' for the 'wealthy' who could afford to lie down at night, and the cheap stalls for standing up sleepers leaning back with a rope across their chests to stop them falling forward.
