2010, um, not sure what to go by, as far as what was optional at the time, driving lights, passenger rack, rear fender embellisher, side cover embellishers, pannier guards? Some of it may have become standard, as the Tourings I've seen at RAA events seemed to look mostly the same, I'm really not much into bling, so I never really looked at other people's bikes that close.
