2015 Rocket 3 Roadster
New to here and still trying to navigate the site.
just picked up my 2015 Rocket 3 Roadster matte black with white stripes and only 2,800 miles yesterday.
I couldn't be more happy with it so far and I've only gotten the right it shortly twice!
I'm planning on doing some suspension modifications lowering the rear end doing some other cosmetic customisations.
I'm definitely open to any and all suggestions you may have.
Not planning on doing any kind of engine modifications for a year so.

Hello and welcome. Why lower it? I can understand new shocks fore and aft but not change geometry by lowering.o_O

Welcome to the family from Miami! Great lookin' ride you have there... The fastest color too! :sneaky::D Where are you hailing from?

WELCOME to ya, from WA State!
From whence do you reside?

DO NOT lower your bike!
Unless you want to snag pavement and possibly pitch your butt off in a twistie!
1) Improve/replace dangerously weak headlights.
2) Improve/replace pig wallowing suspension.
If you are inseam challenged as I (29") get a lower seat or some 70s hi-lift boots.

Thanks brother! I think I'm getting the hint! I'm 6'1 and it's still a bit tall, I'll look into seat. LED headlights are definitely on the agenda, but crap, didn't realize they were so expensive. Especially when ya gotta buy two! Lol!

I'm just not a big fan of that rear fender being so far above the tire. I'll rarely have a passenger(my wife doesn't care to ride) so there's no need to have 5-6 inches of clearance. I may consider a bobbed fender. Seen a couple from MSG.
