In my opinion, Triumph knocked it out of the park with the design and electronics, but failed miserably with the engine and transmission. Only 165 HP and 163 torque on a 2.5L engine with 10.9 compression coupled to a six speed that does nothing to lower RPM in cruise! Then Triumph restricts 1st and 2nd gear and limits top end to 138 MPH. All with a Scrambler speedometer which will only indicate up to 130 MPH. A lot of money for a sporty looking naked muscle bike that falls short in the performance department to others in it's class. I just hope it is capable of out running the almighty drag race inspired FXDR! Rant over, sorry for boring you guys.
