Initial Ride Feedback

Progressive has the "don't mess with my discount" meter attachment that goes in your car or maybe a phone app for insurances purposes. They (insurance company's) can tell when you speed. It's recorded and could be used against you in a traffic collision if the DA or police know about it in your car. They just subpoena the info. It would have to be a hell of a crash with fatalities before they did that but it could happen. Why anyone would put themselves in that predicament to save a few dollars is beyond me.

I’ll never use one of those plug in insurance devices.

So does the TFC have reduced power in first and second gears? What’s the point is it has traction control. I’m not happy at all to see this.

They've not said either way on the TFC, I would guess, yes.

According to at least 1 reviewer the TC is useful when it is cold out... kind of a "duh" review point if you ask me.

I like TC, especially 6 axis IMU based TC, but all of us Captains are evidence it isn't totally necessary on a Rocket 3 :p

What the heck is up with Triumph. They have the perfect platform to sell the motorcycle community one of the baddest bikes available. Instead they take an engine designed for performance and neuter it with power and speed reductions! So although it looks like a naked performance bike, it still falls short of even a small liter sport bike! Coincidentally but my dog goes to the vet next week to get neutered. His name is Jake, but after he returns from the vet I think I'll rename him Rocket!

Lawyers are behind this along with the Government. Laws and rules to control us. I will be looking to unlock and tune this thing after i am relatively certain it will not need warranty work.

The government is lawyers, to a very large degree. I'm sure it's the profession of the highest percentage of elected officials, historically. Bill and Hillary, need I say more....
