If loaded anywhere near capacity after approx.100 miles your lower back, neck and shoulders are starting to hurt. After 150 miles you want to toss the backpack in the garbage. Don't get me wrong, for short rides like riding to work it's perfect but I'm telling you, you will feel it after a few hours or so. The disclaimer here is I have a notorious bad back and neck so maybe I'm just a puss but take an hour ride with it on to make sure it suits you.
