Both water pump hoses are nearly flat!?

New cap solved the flat problem.
New hoses will go on after the riding season is done. Not too many of those left. :)
Thanks for all the advice everyone!

To clear up confusion, I replaced my faulty stock cap with the 1.4 bar KTM cap and replaced the SAMCO I let hose with the stocker at the same time.

The OEM hose is more rigid than the SAMCO, it was put on as insurance, but I think the cap was the actual fix to the collapsing hose.

Replacing the stock hoses was a no brainer. When i replaced the clutch and figured out real quick that i had been riding on borrowed time with the stock hoses ordered and replaced with Samco. Then again had a few miles on stock hoses but was really surprised on how worn the hose coming off the water pump had become. You would think that after just 40,000 miles that the stock hoses would be OK. With over 20,000 on the Samco no bulge.:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:
