Highly disappointing in the Australian Anderson Stands company....

I'm sure one of us here will do the necessary...I know I will. Just need the your post code, package weight and dimensions and I'll get a quote on freight for you.
See if it's worthwhile...

Edit: Just looked at their website. They mention shipping overseas, just need to fill in the contact form.

I appreciate the help! I'm going to look our options again. We are in the middle of a move so I have to stay reasonable and frugal...

Dude, I would never get between someone and their heart's desires ... here is a great lift and although from UK, has a US distributor:

EazyRizer Big Blue

And they have bits to go with it to make sure it works with your Rocket.
Yep can not think of any reason to lift the whole bike that high off the ground. If I did it would be with a chain fall.

Spoke to my "Real Boss" and we pulled the trigger on the Jack-Be-Quick route. Thanks @Ishrub ! Now to peruse the forums after dinner for the best bang for the buck...

I have the Jack-Be-Quick on my Touring. The Harbor Freight lift works great with it, and can be found for about $70 with a coupon.
The lift bars can be positioned so the front pad sits just between the Sump drain bolts, so there's no pressure on them, if that matters.
They also have one at about $160, that sits a bit lower. Wait for a 25% coupon for that one.

Edit: And there are a bunch of discussions on here about that stuff if you want to really get some good info.
