Which Helmet.....

I wear the HJC RPHA 10+ and love it. Bit noisy (wear plugs anyway) but sooooo light, would never go back to a non carbon helmet. Just done a number of 4-500 mile days and didn't even notice it was on my head (looks cool too!)

I'm all in for the SHoei RF-SR and the SHoei Neotec II. i like that they both are designed for touring riding which gives you lots of air flow. both are very quiet for their respective style of helmet.

I am currently using an LS2 modular helmet. Don't have a ton of miles on it yet, but it is comfortable. I like the way the chin bar folds all the way back, so I wear it as a 3/4 helmet in town and when I hit the highway I fold the chin bar down, close the visor and I'm good to go.

That skull helmet looks cool, but highly restrictive for the vision. I ride a Klim T1200 modular with the transition lens. Lightest modular at the time that also fit my head shape and the transition lens is excellent. I prefer the modular as it allows me the protection of a full face when it comes to gravel and other objects, but the flexibility of a 1/2 or 3/4 when I need to see more at the tank, take a drink, eat a snack, or cool down. 20k miles so far.
