For high mile safe longevity CT. On a Touring big bike CT. Im surprised that the moto tyre industry has not partnered with a CT manufacturer and built a hybrid with the correct bead and perhaps a little more rounded pattern while keeping the CT underside.

I bumped the tire pressure up to 28 psi and the better half loves the difference. Not as bouncy 2 up.
Got caught on the NJ Turnpike during a HEAVY thunderstorm and she maintained the lane like a pro and never lost traction when I opened it up. Definitely handled a LOT better in the bad weather then any of the bike tires I have ran.
I am very impressed and happy with my decision .

A car weights 3K+ lbs, Rocket plus rider, well depends on mass of rider, but a lot less.
The 28 psi lets the tire bend in the turns an conforms better, keeping more tread on the road.
As a GM Master Tech for 30 years my guess is the weight difference between a car and bike.
Like a passenger van tire takes the 35-40 were a cargo van takes 80-90. Yes different tires but same principal.
Average car spreads roughly 4000 lbs between 4 tires, a bike is spreading 1000 between 2.
For those how are going to try it for the first time, I recommend starting at 38 psi and ride it making 2 psi adjustments down until you find your sweet spot. Bare in mind it will be different if you ride 1 or 2 up. If you set it for 1 up it will be a bouncy ride when 2 up.
