Forward controls, crash bars, stock pegs...

I think your a candidate for the original peg rail and eg set up. There further foward then the roadster yet not as far as foward controls. They'll bolt up with just a brake line change. Not sure but I think the master cylinder is the same.
I have swapped my R3R pegs and rail for a standard setup and the rear master cylinder will need replacing as well as all the peg and pedal hardware. If it is the abs model then a hose and new bracket will also need to be manufactured.

I feel more confident in turns with the Roadster's foot position than the Classic.

A more forward body position with more weight on the bars is better for twisties and why they moved the pegs back with the R3R.
The rearmost part of the Standard boards are in about the same location and can be duplicated with a simple shift of feet to the rear.
Besides the full foot support of the boards, the length forward affords many foot positions and is what makes them so c-o-m-f-y!

I'm 6'2'' with rather long legs, and I always felt slightly cramped on the Roadster. So I have recently put classic boards on it. Very happy with them, and obviously they fit with crash bars.
Using OEM parts it was not cheap though, and the break line had to be adapted by a pro. I did not have to change the master cylinder, but it was tricky. The first mechanic gave up on it, the second one did it perfectly.

Nice bottom heat shields, where from?

Is it the cunning use of an upside down reversed stock Roadster's pipe system RHS chrome cross pipe cover?

Brilliant! Works great with the CES and better than their own lower ones, especially if you like chrome and it contrasts really well with Black Ceramic.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

But now they will be even harder to find! ;):(:D

Yes it is a second OEM cover, mounted with a zip tie. I used exhaust wrap under the zip tie, not to scratch the ceramic coating. It was meant as a quick and dirty solution, but it worked so nicely I just kept it. It also goes well with the footboard setup, because it helps protect the brake fluid from heat.

I have been spending hours reading up on this, as I would like to do the same. I'm only 6'2", but I also have arthritis in my hips and knees and I'm hoping to stretch my legs out a little. If I buy just the rails, would I be able to take all the parts off my roadster and just change them over? Excepting the brake line as you mentioned in your post.
Also, does anyone know if touring rails (Like these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Triumph-OEM-Foot-Peg-Control-Mounting-Bracket-Assy-Rocket-III-T2082900-T2082901/362610721808?_trkparms=aid=111001&algo=REC.SEED&ao=1&asc=20160811114145&meid=6d09e3371005433c95f17b6663e39fac&pid=100667&rk=7&rkt=8&sd=283510134906&itm=362610721808&pmt=0&noa=1&pg=2045573&_trksid=p2045573.c100667.m2042) would work or do they have to be classic/standard?
I have highway pegs, and they help a little, but in traffic my hips only last a few minutes before it's painful. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Pretty sure they are R3Std pegs and rails and a bargain. You may need new brake lines and possibly gear lever set up as the Roadster gear linkage faces opposite to the R3 Standard, but I think you can largely flip.

They do not seem to know what they have and just found a number of something that looked similar.

Thank you for such quick responses. Do you have any idea if the touring rails are higher or lower than the roadster, and also how much further forward this would place the pegs? I've seen information on the classic rails, but don't recall anything about touring. Thanks!
