Well no more 4th gear 2009 touring 64,000 miles bike runs fine and shifts through every gear 4th gears shot I think that some of the teeth are broken off. Time to pull the motor and contact Robinson industries.

Sorry about your luck dirtbagbiker. Their billet gear and trans work is very reasonably priced, at least, I think so considering the amount of upgrading they do.

I'm super happy with my transmission build by them. Interestingly, I have the billet fourth gear, and it works as a gear indicator for me, it's obviously machined to closer tolerances than Triumphs, it takes just slightly more pressure on the upshift, just enough so I can tell it's 4th gear. Seems a little easier to get into first from neutral and not pop out on take-off. I don't remember the exact numbers, but I thought it was very reasonable too.

Yeah Claviger I have to get a price on the trans work. I will pull it apart over the winter. Lucky that I have an 08 classic and a Honda ctx 1300 that I can ride in the meantime.
