British/Norwegian/American bike

Welcome big guy" you'll love California, i've been their several times while in the Navy, people are very open minded and not afraid to express their diversity and love for one another, just be sure and coast quickly through some of the high minded southern states where many folks stand for nothing and will fall for anything, you can see evidence of that mind set by looking at the fraud that we have in the white house, you know the one elected by Russia! "LOL"

What rubbish. Why inject a biased politically driven rant, one that slanders forum members from southern states, into a friendly welcome to a foreign visitor.

I've lived in and traveled throughout the South and found great riding, wonderful, independent people and some of the best BBQ in the country.

You can keep looking the other way if you like; But I'm not the one not to respond to dog whistles, one should also ask what part one played in my response, for sure it didn't arise from a vacuum.

WELCOME to ya, Jan, From WA State.
Your bike looks to be about a 2006 to me.
earlier years had a silver engine. Best check your VIN.
Where at in California?
California is a beautiful state to ride motor in, but very screwed up politically.
West coast, WA & OR are also libtard states but CA is off the charts.
I don't start political disparity, this so called welcome comment that you seem to find sacred is what caused my political response.

I'm not sure what you mean by "sacred". I absolutely agree with it but didn't say it, nor did I give it a Like.

I thought your evaluation of California to be a bit silly but it was your comment about the people who live in the South that set me off. I regret using the word "rubbish" though because it was a bit too harsh. California is my home state, having grown up there. I return a couple of times a year to visit my brother and sister and get an earful about how the state is going down hill fast. I'll just leave it at that. I notice the crumbling infrastructure but they fill me in on the rest.

Yea I agree about crumbling infrastructure, a point that the last president made while standing under crumbling bridges, but couldn't get funding for because it would create millions of living wage jobs and would guarantee a second term; I use the word sacred because you assumed that I started this political debate, when all I was doing was cleaning up some misguided remarks made by another member which I have sent you his thoughts that triggered my response! When folks use false equivalencies and ignore or spin things into the way they wish that they were, instead of honestly viewing things as they are, which takes a quality of integrity and truthfulness toward ones self, either they stand for nothing and fall for anything which is a byproduct of being drunk, and I'm not talking about what one drinks but how one thinks! "Be Safe"
