I saw my friend Dan today, he's moved up a notch from interested to penciled in. He doesn't want to ride from Buffalo, so he will probably fly down and ride one of mine. Going to ride with Dave the weekend of the 20th, we'll talk more then.

Let's just say I'm a one man 2-up rider and like my Whataburger. I don't ride the rocket real hard. I save that for the more appropriate K1300s

I've been looking for the right deal at the right time for a few years on a K1300s, figured it would maybe be my last bike. But between retiring and already owning a K1200gt and then buying Lupe's CBR1100XX, it's hard to justify one, between the two they're almost a K1300S, lol.

Got a lot of respect for Steve. He was the very first person i met in person on a run with this group.Showed up rather late at the pecan farm and there he was. Friendly and fun to talk to. Nowadays really looking forward to meeting up with Claviger and enjoying the conversations. I think i might have missed read you at first. Either way starting to get all excited over this run. Like always. If you really knew the crowd that i have rode with in the past it would either scare you all or just piss you off. The past is the past. Looking forward to this run very much. ;););););););)

Ok, I will be there for 2 nights... I'll show up Friday mid day, ride the sisters Saturday, check out Sunday morning to continue on to Roswell, NM; Carlsbad Caverns & Big Bend Nat'l Park

Cabin at Frio Pecan Farm has been booked. She is still advising the wedding is happening that Saturday night

I looked on the map, there's a lot of places there, two of them look practically next door, I'm going to call and see if one of them has a more lenient cancellation policy, if so I'll book. It will be worth coming just to see @sonny in a MAGA hat

Since I don't know if I'll make this or not until the time is near, I won't input re the logistics. But next year or next time, it would be cool to do it from a different location that could hold more people. there are many towns around the 3 sisters area, one being Bandera which is a larger town - near San Antonio, that has a lot of good restaurants & beverage establishments :whitstling:
Just a thought

There are many day rides starting from Bandera. The ride to The Sisters would be a long day ride. It's much closer to Houston and Ok. It's close to San Antonio, in case the trend of having international or traveling guests grows. The Riders from 22 shall call it.
