No words needed here. :D

You already know after are conversations in Maggie Valley what am planning on doing. After much home work and reading up going to go with the 260 kit and transmission work. Along with suspension upgrades and lights. Maybe even a nice seat and paint job. Nothing that is being offered by the major bike manufactures have my interest. Looked at what is being offered in the touring market and not to impressed. To old for a sport bike and find to uncomfortable to ride even to work and back. Little voice in the head say's to it build a super Rocket. Not that Steel has influenced me at all.:unsure::unsure::unsure::unsure::unsure::unsure: Keeping No 74 as my daily ride but to build a brand new bike from the ground up would be interesting. After 40 years plus riding experience plus the knowledge gained on here figure we can build a bike from hell. Why drop $30,000 on a bike with traction control that only produces around 150 horse at the back wheel?:eek::eek::eek::eek: Why not buy a solid platform and throw the money where you get want you want. Ranting a bit have made up my mind.:cool::cool:

You've been talking to Claviger and 1olbull

I live 12 miles from the closest town. In the summer my rocket is my first choice of rides. Typically it is a 140 mile day when I leave the yard. So comfort is my first concern at a decent speed. I love my touring but know there are more comfortable bikes. All of them slower. Just a thought, has anyone tried putting the rocket engine in another frame. Maybe a Goldwing frame?
As @Ishrub would say; nah just nah lol, it’s like putting lipstick on a pig

A few years ago somebody put one in a quad. He had a couple of videos of it throwing some nice rooster tails .

That there is WAY kewl!!!
Gratitude for posting!
I like my shiny black and chrome 2010 roadster. It’s s big comfy cruiser with a back rest for my wife.
I’m not fussed on the new version at all. I had a vmax hotted up to death when I was younger but that was then.
Now I want comfort and balls when needed.

Looks like I won’t be upgrading - it’s nothing like what I already have.

Its nice to know you are content with your bike and the new ones aren’t appealing.

I know what I like and I like what I know.

Feeling content
