Long story short : last yr I installed TORS exhaust pipes on my 2012 Touring, Adjusted the MAP with the 20368 tune
In 2018 I these numbers Got 103 HP & 148 ft lb torque.

Received cross over from Paul Bryant couple of weeks back, installed them . Reinstalled 20368 map just to make sure everything was OK. Put it on a different Dyno, because the person from last year went belly up.
This morning, the numbers I got on Dyno are:

Max Hp of 116.6 at 5234 Rpm. & Max torque of 168.8 ft lbs at 2400 RPM
( Can't load the Dyno results )

If someone could give me a heads up just to confirm that these are reasonable numbers and also if its possible to have such different numbers from one dyne to the other just by installing the crossover.
If yes than I believe I did good, and if not bummer !
Thanks

I think the first dyno was off. When all I did was TORS and uploaded the De-Restricting tune the dyno tuner was able to pull 120.9 hp and 145.45 tq. After putting the Ram Air on it dyno'd out at 132.1 hp and 148 tq. That 168 you got on tq is puzzling me. I am going to go look at your tune.

Using stock tunes you'll be leaving a lot on the table.

The first dyno seems much more plausible to me, it's simply not possible to make 168lb-ft with your configuration, meaning the HP number is inflated as well. Tourings make less power than the others as delivered, and I've seen 10Xwhp from other touring bikes as delivered.

As Bob R mentions, swapping to the PowerTripp derestricted tune will gain you back a lot of power that is removed with the Triumph mapping. You should be at 130whp +/- 5 and 150lb-ft +/- 3lb-ft or so.

I just dyno'd mine (2018 roadster tors,ramair) 20190619_125903.jpg
