Maggie valley June 2019

Wow, this looks to be way too much fun to miss! So would someone please add me to the list. Will be trailering up Thursday, riding Friday and Saturday. Do we have a link up time/place for the Friday ride? Only decent motel available close by is in Sylva (30 min. south) so will be commuting to the festivities. Really looking forward to meeting you yahoos!

Wow, 10 day forecast for MV is 9/10 days 50% chance of rain, but Friday looks nice, lol.
 
I'm taking off for Maggie Valley on Wednesday morning. Jamie will setting in the Captians Chair. Hope to get to Danville Kentucy for the night. Finish up Thursday, with Travelowes as the resting place. Sounds like the main location is across the street. Hope to see new faces to go with the names Thursday night.

Safe travels
 
Got a good laugh tonight at work. Went in and told them straight up change in plans need Tuesday off. Plant supervisor came out and told me max time off is 40 hours not 48 at one time. Just kind of looked at him and grinned. Third time working at this place and have over 10 years this time. Other than Leaky Texas run a few years back have not taken any vacation time. That was only like three days. I get 5 hours of vacation time every two weeks. Do the math over a ten year period. Kind of looked at the poor guy and said "you can fire me now if you like but am going to take the time off". "Just remeber that vacation time accumulated is paid in full upon dismissal or when i decide to quit". He came back about 10 minutes later and said "Have a Pleasant trip" ;);););););) Lets ride.
