Maggie valley June 2019

We are settled in at Cosby Tennessee. I have my Rocket and the Commando. Here for the week then on to Maggie Valley for Sunday 16th. We’ll see all you slackers and ne’erdowells as you arrive.
Paul if you get the chance check out 32 amd let me know how it is. As on satellite it looks phenomenal :) let me know bud. Maybe Rick is watching this and should look at the satellite.

And 209 the rattler looks great from hot springs down to crab tree!!!! Im thinking good times needs to start earlier.

Yeah, and I remember one trip we were coming into MV from Cherokee in the dark behind Wendy and Rainman and Cindy nearly clipped a bull elk. Scared the $hit out of all involved...including the elk.
Can't understand the logic or reasoning for the Elk in this one area. Two years ago 4 of us were leaving the casino, driving my new Chryler 300. We drove right into a dozen or more Elk. Truly slid the car sideways into sleeping elk on the road! No damage, just confused humans. The elk didn't move... Just surprised that little or no signs indicating the critter danger.

32 is on the list. Might do it tomorrow.209 looks like a must do as well.

Did you ride down from Canada?
No. This will be my first time trailering to Maggie Valley. Bringing two bikes makes riding down difficult. I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone this year as I think it is looking like one of the biggest RAA’s

You would have that problem in Illinois, they'd be mistaken for speed beef :)
