What did you do to your Rocket today?

Today, for the first time, I touched a foot-board down, which was mildly unexpected - the guy I had just overtaken tried to come past me as I entered the next bend, but on the wrong side (undertaking rather than overtaking) - I had to carry slightly more speed into the corner than I'd anticipated and...

Noisy, isn't it?

Was the noise from the footboard or more of a puckering sound??:D:D

And the vibration but you got to love grounding a footpeg or board on a rocket. I ride a KTM 990 SMT and that has lots of wear on the outside of the tyres lean is unreal and makes me smile but grounding my foot plates on my rocket can't beat it

Gives me a migraine just thinking about doing this myself.
Congrats on your work!
Kudos to those that lend their help.

Scares the living daylights out of me. And no! - that is not a euphemism.

Since I sorted the suspension it is however a very rare occurrence - well preceded by puckering and maybe even a a small leak.

I got the widow maker back on her feet, oh yeah, burnt stator oh my, but @warp9.9 and @Rocket Scientist told me how to get the beast out the way of that stator, and @Rocket Scientist said check that torsional shaft for correct bearings ( mine had fix thank goodness) and without @DEcosse it would probably never run again, after get it all back together not charging ( this is where I thought to use all battery to get to the plateau and just floor it for a unforgettable flight) but @DEcosse walked the truck driver down off the cliff and fixed my bike over 4g network he is good real good like genius good. Any who she is right and I hope to ride to Maggie valley ( holding on with ****e smile all the way on my face ) and meet a bunch of fine people I believe. Oh and I can’t forget @Joesmoe who always has his daughter help him with his bike ( our kids are smart ) thanks paul, so to cap it off, Rocket is right, and my son is home from a 18 month deployment to the sewalki gap (border Poland and Russia 80 miles of the most dangerous place on earth, but the fisters from the tn national guard deliver crippling firepower even though in that gap it would only be a black eye to the big bear it won’t be for free to take that gap. Thanks to all Happy Memorial Day and oohrah p.s. if there are any pictures that should not be included delete and forgive hehe
