New front forks?

Even though I already have installed a fully adjustable, modified OEM fork, I am going to replace it by a 48 mm USD Öhlins fork of a Ducati 939 SP with Brembo Monoblocks. The fork fits perfectly in the OEM Rocket yokes and has 170 mm of suspension. I just will have to replace the axle, as the OEM axle has 20mm of diameter but the Öhlins needs an 25mm axle. As well I will have to switch the spring definitely. The Ducati with its weight of appr. 200 kg has about 7NM spring rate and my actual has 10NM.
Maybe the brake discs will need some modifications too. I will see...

Thanks will ask him..

Just realised you have a "T". Are those an set for the "T" which has different forks?

Springs are springs. Sure they will help raise the nose and reduce sag - but will not address the (imo) borderline useless Hydraulics.

Also - After many years of Sports bikes - I really do not like progressive-rate (variable wound) steel springs. Prefer Fixed Rate or Fully Variable Oleo-Pneumatic.

I fully recommend you chat with @Joesmoe - he fitted Different springs and Cartridge Emulators - this is ONLY AN OPTION on the "T". For the life of me I cannot remember the marque.

I added Progressive front springs, slight improvement but still mushy.

I went with Progressive shocks and springs. No issue's. IMG_0330 (1).JPG IMG_0461 (2).JPG Used 7wt oils which worked out rather well. Nice upgrade from the stock system and very reasonable cost. Nothing fancy but works.

Sonny Romberg that time is probably for a car so be ready to take at least another hour or two for extra fuel stops just saying
