Just got home at 3:00 am. Gonna drink a few beers and enjoy the next three days off working on the bike. Might even get it running again. Tires on there way in. Stepper motor and new hoses for the throttle body on there way in. After reading up on it and having the man in the tin shed say you really do not need the stepper motor i have to agree. Ordered the thing before he chimed in. When i started this project back in March i had no idea i would still be at it. Rain and work has slowed me down but Then again i am kind of slow anyhow. Real happy with the way it is going back together. New cams and a good tune along with a dyno should be worth the work. Still have a few other things do get done but well on my way and will be ready for Maggie Valley.

Have you found a dyno tuner Sonny?

Get a Room you two.:roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll: Yes a guy in Oklahoma city Who has been around the area for the last 40 years or so and works on British bikes is going to tune her via Tune ECU. Gonna cost vice using a power three but Have confidence in his ability.

IMG_0722.JPG IMG_0721.JPG Solid and in. Kind of holding off to see if the stepper motor comes in today. If not screw it. Install the broke Dic& one minus the bracket and run by passing the stepper motor. From what i have learned from the function of the stepper motor and all might be better off. Set idle manually and you can still set your TPS'S and get a green light on tune ECU. No reason to remove the secondary's either. Am good. A bit tired after working 12 hour shifts all four days but figure after a few beers should get a good nights sleep and start her back up in the morning.
