Dave Platt "shotgun" pipes

I was a prop U14As at school and an ANU uni knock out carnival fill-in, but how are we meant to remember such trifling issues as loose or tight. I was there to push and stomp as we crushed and ran over them, or the mug facing a wall of oncoming barbarians seeking to cross my try-line.;):D:eek:

Ah its coming back - I think I was a 'tight-head' as I remember lots of silly 'loose - head' opposition trying to knee or punch my face in! ;):D

AAHHH!!! the good old days to be young again. My neck has just gone stiff thinking about it or was that the viagra getting stuck in my throat:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

I'm lucky in the mot stakes , I have a tame tester , he registers my bike in , starts the clock, a coffee and a chinwag and when the obligatory 20 mins is up , he gives me my ticket and I'm on my way . If only everything in life was as simple ay? ;)

Hear you on that one!! Mine is the same, quick check over then gets the kettle on. His words, "Bring me something that looks clean, tidy and well maintained and I know it'll be right, bring me a shed of a scooter with bits hanging off it, you get the works!". ALWAYS does the brake test though, which is good. Not one of these prats that has to give an advisory, like the chap at KJM (local bike shop).

KJM... what a bunch of rip off merchants!

That's them!!! Wouldnt buy a dust cap off them! Do you remember years ago they got done for bringing in grey import Viragos and selling them as UK bikes? The other local rip-off merchants, Orrell MC, tried to distance themselves from it but it stuck to them too!! All in the family (Group)

Got done more than once for importing bikes and selling on as UK models. Nearly bought a bike from them but checked the history only to find out it was a grey import and 4 years old.
