Seems so simple, and I think each pipe is same length.

Does anybody knows who makes this and if the performance follows the good looks?

I'll let somebody like @Paul Bryant quote chapter and verse. But those are not that well designed imo. Certainly not tuned length.

What’s up with that rear brake linkage? Looks like the owner put rearsets on for a more agressive position. Cafe racer?

In spite of the heat discoloration, the coloring looks kind of cool if it would stay that way.
