I think they would look good on my bike. Any info or opinions are appreciated. Thanks ahead of time to all Captains. Paul Bryant crossover is getting powder coated now... can't wait!

There Avons with white walls
I had the Avon Whitewalls on my bike this season. They looked and handled great, ...except for the death wobble at speeds >110, and no hands even at 40. With my crappy Metzlers, the bike was solid as a rock, but they cupped like crazy and didn't last. I didn't want to finger the Avon front tire because I did like the look and feel, but after balancing the tire twice, checking the steering head bearing (me and a shop), upgrading to progressive springs, adding fresh oil, and even injecting some Ride-on as a last ditch effort suggested by another captain, the front end was still squirrelly. If I missed anything do let me know, but I plan on switching it out in the Spring. Sounds like Michelin Commanders are the next most recommended.
