So just on a whim I was browsing through Jegs and found this, it's an amazing little device!

59.5 PSI
10 Micron Filter internally
175GPH capacity

So you can either replace all the items indicated with red, or use it as a second fine filter and just replace the stock triumph regulator. Hello more fuel, simple non-adjustable, small, should be tank safe as its all billet alu :)

You'll need a couple of barbs, which I've found here:
Adapter, -8AN Male » 3/8" Barb, BLACK (ADF-484107): AN MALE » HOSE BARB ADAPTERS | Racetronix

The only people who may need this are forced induced or big power NA guys looking to extend the useful power range of stock injectors or get better atomization using bigger injectors. Total cost is about $170, so roughly the same cost as buying a set of 60lb Deka IVs, but, for applications may be better suited.

For those curious:
Stock 330cc @ 43.5 and 390 @ 60
Black Ops 550s @ 43.5 and 661 @ 60

It all arrived:

This setup provides an easier to source 5 micron fuel filter as well as increased fuel pressure. It’s the piece out of a corvette, so it will flow at least 450hp worth of fuel. Installation tomorrow with pics.

Should turn my 550s into 660s, and improve atomization as well. Below is a pic next to a stock filter for size comparison:

It was almost a perfect fit, need to browse the Earl's catalogue and find a 180 tight radius board 6AN fitting. This will work but it's not ideal.

After pics coming, I plumbed it wrong lol. Posting this here for anyone who may want to do the same in the future for some reason:

There's certainly something to be said about barbed fittings on the housing itself, like the stock filter, instead of GMs quick disconnects in a tight space lol.

The black pad on the regulator filter should be fine in the tank, time will tell when I yank it to put the 150 radius in instead of having the output hose all doing compound curves.

For the record, use 5/16ths not 3/8ths...

Ok FINALLY I got something done, it takes minor tweaking of things but not hard really. This should support 250-260 whp NA safely with stock injectors and a Walbro pump.
