While it is not an assisted folder it opens one handed very easily. I have a SOG Pentagon Elite 2. Very easy to operate (open and close) one handed, just keep your fingers out of the way. It may be a little difficult to find but worth the search, you could also try the SOG factory, they are close to you. ;)

This looks to be a fine blade.
I cannot find one that is not partially serrated and the one you show is out of stock.
I'll keep an eye out . . .
