After 2 weekends of rain i will DRIVE my car to search for a motel, thinking Talahina Ok, the first week of September dont look good since it is labor day and most places that i called are already booked up, will try the second week and will settle the date TODAY, Talahina is only 6 or 8 miles away from the Talamina state park so it should be a good place to stay:)

Just my opinion Lupe - It's usually still hot down here that time of year. I don't know about Oklahoma/Arkansas????
Maybe wait til a little later, closer to October?
Not trying to impose, just my 2 cents. Either way, i'll try to make it. Thanks for your work on this. :)

I agree with Clint, the way this summer is going plan on it being 90+ in the heat of the day. Doubt I can make it but have fun.

I saw Harrison mentioned, I spent 3 quick days there in March. Will be returning for sure. Great riding! Highly recommend.

Will take us two days there and two days back.

Just curious, what is the thought behind running through a non-holiday Monday ?

No argument here, just curious.

Herding cats is a tough tough job, and you're doing great. No room for anyone to throw rocks.
