Anywhere ..... just go anywhere!
A couple of years ago I rode Sydney, Port Augusta, Darwin, Broome, Perth back to Sydney and I' thinking of doing it backwards. That would be Sydney to Perth then Broome, Darwin down to Port Augusta via The Alice then back to Central West NSW.
I have put it on my personal Facebook as the only way of getting to a couple of riders who I have ridden with before. A couple have come out of the woodwork.
30 days around Sept Oct 2018, no day bigger than 700k. I made strip maps when I did it before ... still have them. There is nowhere a Rocket can't go. Having tried the accommodation before, I will change some stops. Most placed have a pool, where I try to get into by 3pm with a whisky in hand.
Have a think about it and I'll try to work out the logistics. I think that last time I did it for around $3000, staying in Dongas and Cabins .... which makes the food option pretty open.
Rest day Perth, Broome and Darwin. My lady will fly into into Perth, Broome and Darwin ... not overly expensive and great to have home comforts delivered.
As I said think about it ....... maybe RDU Ceduna on the way.
