I took a 2 hour walk at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at 90*
got to try to get use to the heat.....
Oh yes it was hot and hard........Legs did fine
Might have over did it just a bit.................can not do nothing like I should now the rest of me feels like crap..............lol

I am still in. Talking to the wife and she is telling me people do not run like that anymore. Sleeping bag and a toothbrush. She is telling me you have to have tent at a minimum. What a drag. She is making reservations for me. She also added that I need to have a change of clothes for at least every other day. Is this true? Back in the day a run was a run. She is slowly updating me on modern day bike runs. I have a lot to learn. Either way I will comply and do it her way. She ain't even going.
