TPS test and replace

Sorry it's not with me.
I will as soon as I get home at approx 5:30 CST
Cool I just don't want motolink to mess something up. It sounds like his cable is not working right but since triumph hates tune ecu it would be better to verify. Its sound like he is linked up but locking the ecu up would cost him.

Yea, I'm almost 100% positive the light is on with all 3 screens but I'll check to verify

Im not around my bikes, but the last one I did was on an 05 and pretty sure I remember light on all three pages

An update, no TPS light on any screen. Did a complete rest of adaption, TPS adjusted to .6, then onto the ISCV it was .69, the diagnostic screen says it should be .72 but I could not get onto he stepper adjusting nut so I did a 12 minute tune but still not TPS light on.
No fault codes showing.
Tomorrow night I will go for a ride to see how its running.

Ok your in tolerance on the TPS positionut I would work on the .12 volt movement although it is within the variation allowance/tolerance of +/- ,05 volts. It takes a short 7 mm box end wrench to get in there. While your down there check to make sure you have a skosh bit of slop in both throttle cable at the throttle body where the attach to the unit. Sounds like your getting there.

I finally replaced the TPS, adjusted to .6 and adjusted the ISCV ato .72 and reset the adaptation and did the 12 tune.
The green TPS alight has not come back on.
The motor seems to be idleing a bit smoother and a fraction higher.
Tomorrow night a good ride to see if this has fixed the hesitation and the TPS light.

After a 100km ride this morning not much has changed, I did notice on the diagnostic screen the O2 sensor was showing 1.275V and -26%, is this correct.
I am now checking the electrical connections on the coils then change the fuel filter.
