I'm so ****ed glad I have a bike lift now and could get the bike not only straight, but up in the air. It made the process hugely more enjoyable, no more crawling around on the floor.

definitely easier on a lift.i use my lift to do most things on mine,even jut for cleaning,so much easier even if its only lifted enough just to keep the bike vertical
