Does anyone know of anyone who makes a Belly Pan (front engine protector) for the Rocket 111 touring.
I was looking at mine the other day and think that if the front wheel spat up some debris , this could do some damage to the engine / water pump etc.

Eric I do not remember ever seeing one on a Touring so I cannot say as to whether it will fit or not (I suspect so) That being said I have over 60,000 on mine and never had any front end damage from debris. Make sure you keep the chrome oil filter cover on as it is what needs to be protected from stones and debris.

If your on FB look up Chris, he does awesome work and Belly pans are one of his specialties, if your not on FB let me know and I'll Get you his contact info

Thank you

Before I order mine, I want to see if anyone knows if the belly pan fits with crash bars mounted? Also, any issues with ground clearance entering/exiting say sloped driveway or anything?

According to Chris minor alterations need to be made with a Dremel, if you have crash bars. Here is the message he sent me back when I inquired about the belly pan......

British nurses dude are generally neither friendly or pretty cool well you will be able to make a mod to the side of the belly pan to fit the bars , I'll dig out some pics of guys that have fitted the pans round the dresser bars but it's just a case of marking up where the bars would touch the pan and filing or trimming a small groove out of the side, I've attached some pics of bikes that have the bars and have made this mod . . I'd use a rotary multitool like a dremel , that'll do the job nicely.
So the Bellypand are made from fibreglass and come with polished stainless brackets which attach to the footrail mounting bolts on the engine block. seeing as you have the crash bars you'll need to loosen undo the bottom bolts of the crashbars and slide the belly pan brackets between the bars and the engine block as the bellypan mounts with the same bolts, the brackets are designed to bend into shape.
The finish on the bellypans is a polished black gelcoat that wont need painting.
So if you want to go ahead just send me your paypal email address and I will send you a paypal money request thing, the pan will take a bout 7 - 10 da ys till its ready to send and about 1 week to reach you in the states
