Trevor has the pipes and jig sorted going to knock up half a dozen sets tomorow. Mine will be of to get ceramic coated should be back within a week. The tail pipe on the production 2 1/4" will be a bit different to post 48. It doesn't kick out like the one in the photo, has the 02 sensor in the same place as original and finish's in the same position as the original headers just 2 1/4' instead of standard 1 3/4' for anyone that wants to run a bigger crossover pipe with original mufflers. There is a stainless single muffler they have made up that will be available to fit the 2 1/4' tailpipe. Similar to mine but not quite the same.

Dropped in at Pro Cycle Dyno today had a yarn to Fred, another one of those people I could talk to all day. Told him what I was doing and asked what he could do. I think the PCV will be getting discarded, he said it would be quicker, easier and cheaper to use the PCV but the standard ECU is infinatly more adjustable. Took me in the dyno room and showed me several different maps for the Rocket including the standard map for the secondries on a 2010 Roadster. It's a wonder they go as good as they do being choked down that much. He wouldn't guarantee no decel pop under 2000 rpm as you need to put more fuel in to stop it and that can make the bike run on a bit when you close the throttle. I'm hoping he'll get it pretty good though as he tuned Mittzy's Reband and I havn't heard it pop at low revs, just roar and lay rubber.

Cheers Pete

Still waiting on ceramic coaters, Trevor from Custom Exhaust Specialists rang today to update me. Coaters say Mabey tommorrow arvo but more likely Monday. Then I'll have to pick the bike up on my trailer, bring it home and fit the Ramair then trailer it back over to Pro Cycle and leave it there to get tuned. All this and work to. Don't worry I will keep updating as it happens. I'm hoping to have done before Easter but may not happen till after.

Bruce,
Let me knoe if I can help somehow. I am not at all busy at work.
You could also load my tune so you can ride it to Freds.
Just let me know.
I will PM my number to you.

Will see what happens. Be good if I can pick it up tommorrow fit the filter then get it to Fred sat morning. But as they said more likely Monday.

Well Bruce, Those are good pictures and info and I hope the finished product is all you expect it to be, sound, performance etc. You certainly have my attention and curiosity.
