When that crappy plastic chrome piece on the front fender broke due to (I'm guessing) road vibration, I was at first at a bit of a loss as to how to fill the three ugly holes in the fender. I didn't feel like buying a new chrome thingy just to have it break again, so I bought some 1.5'' black screw-back spikes from a goth-punk website and installed them on the fender. After a couple days, I decided that 3 spikes wasn't enough, so I drilled 2 more holes in between the existing ones and installed more spikes. I think it looks pretty cool, and I've gotten a lot of attention from them!
