  • I was exceeding post limits so had to split it up
Thanks. Look forward to seeing the completed package. Curious about engine management issues. Can't cheat sensor inputs when ECU manages power via timing, fueling, and secondary throttles.
AND see what she would make :)
Thanks for contributing. I look forward to hearing what you think of the finished production conversion. All the best. Richard
The production parts will be designed on CAD with some really nice touches but it will take a few weeks as we are so busy on other jobs at the moment. I couldn't wait that long to test the supercharger drive train and get stuck into a engine management solution.
The overall package with belt guard holding the slave cyl only extends the package forward 15mm. I really enjoyed the challenge. I hand machined all the parts on my Bridgeport and lathe, cut the front off the stock front case and welded on the mounting plate.
It's great that you sussed out the same solution as me. To make it as compact as possible I fitted the bulk of the clutch slave cyl inside the pulley as well, saved 25mm in stack height. made the pulley a cup so the 2 ball bearings that hold the shaft steady fit inside.
I dont know what you did to my ECU but the throttle response is VERY crisp. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!!!!!!!
The only problem that I still have is cold idle and hesitant take off before warming up.
You need to do tunes as a side job. Your the man !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU....................
    Thank you Nolton,
Do you want an updated tune to load up? I may be able to help with the cold start up issue.
