A clean looking bike. I like it, although I'm with Flip on the gauge placement.

I think I know what my next desert tour will pay for...

I'm with everyone else - Triumph needs to lose the tank-mounted instruments.

Well, here is my delema, you all already have R3's and this T-Bird caught my eye too. A lot will depend on a first ride, price etc, but if it performs anything like the R3 and the Speedy/America, it will be hot!

The gauge placement will be one of those things that will require a sit on it determination, but not the best place for ready easy view in most instances.

So many choice..so little...money!

Please, someone tell Triumph to fire the guy who designs the license plate holders for Triumph....

Other than that it's a nice way to attack Harley and attract some of their riders to Triumph. My friend from the NJ sheriff's dept is looking at one for the spring.

cheers

Geo, I think your friend may be disappointed in that the most recent "intell" put's it out around July at the earliest. This coming from a source with an accurate track record. This related to reworking of the bike after the American side of things got a gander and evidently wanted some changes made. That is the scuttlebutt coming in from overseas.

Anybody hear a MSRP yet? Where do I send the money, I want one. I know I said for her earlier, but heck, she likes the harley and I like the bird,
so maybe I'll just have to get it for me as an extra.
Wonder if it comes in a cool fast BLACK on BLACK..
Smoking Harleys just took on a whole new look. Think I rather fancy it, if you couldn't tell...
1600 cc's of Triumph twin trouble for H-D, yea I'm grinnin, I can't wait..

She has very nice lines...

Robert:

Thanks for posting the pics of your bike. That is a very nice ride indeed.

If I were to sell my Valk and buy a second bike again...the Bird would defininately be at the top of the list. I especially like the full dress cruiser look, to include driving lights, windshield...right down to the leather grip streamers.

Thanks for the morning entertainment.....hmmm...the Bird would look good parked next to the R3.......S.B.

Fasteddy, Yea that black one looks good. I really wonder what The black one would look like all decked out like that silver one.
Of course, I think it needs two headlights .

Ilike the clean lines they need to give the r3 the same treatment maybe the SUPER ROCKETT will have similar stying the bike should perform well it looks a lot lighter than the V twins and should make some serious power with a little tweaking I heard they have an bigbore kit with cams and race pipes
