Rocket 3 R,
There is a lot of useful information in the Triumph descriptions of their spare parts. For example it is possible to decipher the size and type and finish of fasteners from these descriptions. Abbreviations such as TX = Torx, HHF = hexagon head flat, SLV = silver, SKT = socket, but what does ENC mean? Here is an example of the description for part number T3331042 which is the screw for the ABS wire guide on the front wheel of my Rocket 3 R:
SCREW, PAN/HD, TX, M6 X 12, ENC.
So I know that this is an M6 Torx panhead screw 12mm long, but I don't know what ENC signifies!
Does anyone know please?

Might be a coating of some kind, Electroless Nickel Coating (ENC)
Yes that's a strong possibility, but it tends to be called electroless nickel plating. Perhaps Triumph have their own name for this process however?
