There is a compatibility issue with the listing on the Google Store.

I run Android 4.2.2 and it's listed as not compatible with my Nexus 4. Maybe it's a setting in the store listing?

I have a bluetooth dongle that I can read and clear ecu codes with my android and the TORQUE app. I wonder if this would work.

If you don't have a listed device it may not let you install it. There is a work around, you do still buy the program, and all is legit. No I wont provide how to force Google Play to install an app here, but you can easily find a "how to"

The app starts and doesn't crash on my Nexus 4 at least. I don't have a dongle at this time, so cannot yet test its ability to actually function, but I suspect it will work without issues.

That would be, it works on a Nexus 4 running a custom mod based on 4.4.2 kitkat android, so it seems Alain has written a pretty solid app. Well done sir.

Get a real phone with a big enough screen to see things on.
