About 3 or so years ago the GREAT POWERTRIPP sent me a disc with a version of TuneECU to
load on my laptop as he was kind enough to help me download a revised tune to my 08 R3T.
Seemed to work OK. That version is identified as 1.7.7 and there seems to have been a lot of
updates since that version. Are the later versions loaded as updates to the original or is it a whole
new program? Is there a reason that I should use an updated version? What are the benefits/featured
improvements between the two? Are the newer versions easier or harder to use?
It seems like every time you mess around with something that works, you always end up regretting it!
You know the "leave well enough alone" mentality. I just don't want to add any problems as I will soon
be installing the Ramair kit that I have. Who out there can enlighten me? I would appreciate user input.
