Installing TORS and tune

So my new TORS arrived today.

I have many questions most of which have been answered in other posts
I'm sure. But to be completely honest searching through posts on my cell is a real pain in the ass so I'm hoping you guys will bear with me

Initially my plan was to install the pipes myself, and then take the bike to the dealer for the tune.

Now I'd like to do it all myself.

I'll get straight to the point

How the hell do I put these on?
What are these little round carbon looking things?

Do I use Tune ECU for the TORS tune?
How the hell do I do that?

I appreciate any help I can get

The carbon thingies are gaskets and are used where the new pipe fits onto the headers.

Put it all together loosely bolted. Then when you are sure that everything is lined up correctly, tighten the bolts and fasteners.

You can load the correct tune with TuneECU.

Ok so let's talk a second about Tune ECU I assume it's a free download? Where do I go to find it?

How about the cable? Is it a USB? Or a serial?

Where does it plug into the bike?

And yes I know these are all extremely basic questions that I should already know the answers to....

I think there are some better than triumph TORs factory tunes on here somewhere. I loaded one into my friends 3013 Roadster when he put on TORs.
