I looked at the Rivco risers, and they are really nice. However, I was tooling around at my friend's shop and ran into these in a catalog, and I think I am going to order them (cheaper than the Rivco, and they're not something I've seen on another Rocket..) and either match them up with a straight bar, or a set of drag bars like

Hey Desert Wolf,
You "might" run into something I had to deal with
when putting harley risers on my rocket.
I had to drill out the holes to accommodate a 1/2" bolt
instead of the smaller metric size that fits the Triumph risers and the Rivcos.
No big deal really, just know once you change, you can't go back...
Well, I guess you could theoretically if you can heliarc weld aluminum,
or wanted to trust helicoils to tighten the holes up.
I put 5" up and 5" back harley risers on mine and I like it better now.
Way more comfortable to me.
Heres a pic or two or three, of my setup,
Good luck with yours.

Couple of questions if you don't mind skip:

Looks a bit tight to swing the tank up - possible or not?
What bars are they - look like Roadking or Heritage?

Thinking of trying Heritage this winter, if the cables will fit!

Nice Doc, I knew about the thread issue.:D Now how about the cables ??? All new?

How are your gauges attached??

Sorry guys,
I forgot about this thread.
I'll try to answer the questions now.
Battersea,
No the tank won't swing up anymore,
but truthfully, How ofter do I need to remove it?
So no big deal.
Road King bars.
Cables fit nicely.
Baggage,
Had to reroute them (the cables) but the only thing that needed replaced
was the brake line.
DesertWolf,
the gauges attach exactly like they always did.
I did have to make a cap for the risers, but it all attaches like it did.
That black box lookin' thing is the "top" of the riser clamp.
