    I actually had a spare fender, that Ive gotten painted, but yes ill need the sub assembly- Id buy a whole fender with brackets/indicators set from someone if they have it- figured Id ask around here first in case someone did a bobber projector or something similar and had it all laying around.

    filter is easy, and is cheap insurance against bad fuel, and could be impeding flow. if you dont want a triumph one check with local auto store to find a similar replacement I posted before that I found an identical one for cheaper. also posted pics

    I can have both rims off the bike in minutes... the rear tire is a bear to remove, I stopped taking it to a MC shop, i usually hit the local Tire shop and hand em a 20 to pop the old one off and new one on with a car tire machine. fronts appx 35 bucks at MC shop. I dont go to a dealer...

    so yah, 500 or so for the two tires, a 10k service can run you 400 but since you had two valves out of spec ( which is rare at 10K) then you add soem labor for that, if labor was 800 , then was it 100 an hour? if you cant do a tire change and 10k service in less then 4 hrs... yeah I think...

    not too hard to lower the forks if you wanted even more... just got to make sure you don't go to far and the fender bangs the radiator...

    check out http://www.sargentcycle.com/csfoam.htm they can do it for you if your not comfortable, but you can also remove the seat, remove the vinyl cover and use a electric carving knife to shave the sides down, and maybe lower it some... then you staple the cover back on... most auto...
