    Avon I have an 08 RIII Touring... had the Dunlops (ugly), then the Metzeler's (only got 7000 miles on them) and I don't push hard... went with Avon Cobra's and I LOVE em. I sense the bike handling better on and off freeway ramps and curves. Good Luck!

    Long Ride My wife's first real ride with me on our R3Touring was to Biloxi Ms from Ft. Lauderdale FL... her longest day was just 500 miles and the entire trip was 1650 total - not bad for a couple ole farts looking for a unique retirement plan... I think we found it. LOL
