    So after getting with D and D Cycles and going through part numbers.... seems a driveshaft and final drive from a roadster will work on a classic (in theory). So here we go. Ill update when its all together.

    From what I understand theres 3 different ones. One small and 2 large, Roadster with an 87 degree cut, and Touring with a 90 degree cut. Now a new question.... is the driveshaft LENGTH the same on classic and roadster? Can I take a roadster driveshaft and final drive and put it on a 07...

    Its a 2007 tourer....(classic) It has the smaller splines. Evidently it didnt like the new Carpenter head. Ill get some pics and post.

    I've been away from the forum for a while but I'm wondering if anyone has ever come up with a fix for the final drive splines? Or is it still just try to scare one up on ebay? Does it press off the drive?

    ABS Rear Brakes

    Scot . . yours doesnt have ABS so I can understand why. :) I took the sensor out yesterday, cleaned it off and bled the brakes. We'll see what happens when I take it out today. No codes with regular scanner.

    I need a little help on this one . . I recently changed out the rear pads on my 2014 R3T . . no big deal. Soon after that my ABS light started coming on a few miles into the ride. Could squeezing the pucks back in have caused an issue with the ABS? Anyone else had an issue?

    Pre-start issues

    I'm helping a friend with this same problem. He bought my old bike. Theres another issue with it as well with the neutral switch. How hard is it to replace it? OH . . and has anyone got a Speedo they would part with?
