got it ....good.
since the "answer" that an equal length system will "beat" any other why ask the question. think it will give you megs more power.. knock yourself out.... want one build it yourself. think jars are on this level... buy some
as im sure others who have gone down this road will atest there is a bit more than just equal length involved.
as far as a buisness model... what part of i did this for myself didnt you quite grasp.
flip you can believe whatever you want. you can make whatever you want.
so can i. dont like what i do... do it yourself.... think i dont have a clue... whatever
Sam:

If I wanted to draw tube I can. I don't have a Baleigh mandrel bender sitting in the barn tarped up for nothing.....I did buy it to re-sell, just like I do with other machinery but I certainly could set it up and learn to run it. After all, it's only "G" codes right?

I have gobs of respect for the both of you, however, If I really wanted a set of headers, I do have the capability of doing it myself, I just don't have that desire. My plate is full doing what I do now and I have no desire to take on any additional work, one reason I abstained from your request a while ago.

............If anyone needs a good compressor, I have an intercooled/aftercooled 30CFM at 175psi unit mounted on a 175 gallon horoziontal receiver..........someone give me 1300 bucks and it's yours. has less than 300 hours on it. Also come with an IR heavy duty air hammer and a full set of boring bits...............

I alo have an IR refrigerated air dryer with downstream dessicant filter.... 100 bucks and

I'll seel the Baliegh too. It will handle seamless steel and alloy to 3.0" od, maximum draw is 12 feet, minimum radius is 12". Fully tooled with all guides and rollers and a full set of mandrels. Full CNC controls with 12 monitor.....................It's a little more than your R3 cost new, however

How about 2 Bridgeport Series I vertical millers, R8 spindles and air drawbars, fully tooled, hard chrome ways and 3 axis Sargem DRO's with Kurt Anglelock vises............6,000 each

If you have a big wallet, I have a Haas machining center, fully automated, G code programmable, fully tooled, low hours.............we'll need in the area of 35 g's for that one.

My Mazak isn't for sale.

Want more?

No. iit's an older machine. G code only. The other, not for sale one has conversational programming as does my Versa Trak but they are in the shop. The VT is a Cat40 and I have Erickson on one of the B'Ports that's for sale.
