I used a jewelers saw to carefully piece out the secondary throttle rod. It's important to keep the secondary drive motor connected to the ECU... it must be "seen" by the ECU. Same with the secondary TPS. You will get a check engine light unless you figure a way to adapt a short piece of rod between secondary TPS and drive motor, so ECU "reads" that both are functioning. Personally, I thought that too much trouble and live with them separated, and a constant check engine light.
