From the many magazine articles I've perused over the years, a stock Rocket with a descent reaction time will pull an 11.5 in the 1/4 mile.

I don't think reaction time matters. The time doesn't start til you're moving. At least the tracks I've run are like that.

Keep in mind the magazine times are stock Rockets with 120 odd something RWHP, with secondary plate and ignition power restrictions in the first three gears.

I ran my 07 tourer with bags and windshield and backrest on it. I ran a 12.78 @106 in the 1/4 mile. That's running up here in Salt Lake City,Ut and I also weigh close to 290lbs.
